Great event. Be good to start at 9am exactly next year.
Very good value for money and the decent coffee was much appreciated! My only suggestion would be to make sure you start at 9am exactly. The race briefing did not need to be as long and race registration should end earlier to ensure that people arrive on time and thus start on time.

Great location, great Marshall’s and superb organisation
Really great location for runs of all distances. Very varied course with a good mixture of open countryside, woodland and road. Lovely atmosphere as always at Zig Zag events with lots of new faces mixed in with the regular attendees. Always a great medal but the coffee/tea and cake at the end always tops it off. Thanks for another great day and a special thanks to all the Marshalls

My first Zig Zag event - good, varied course, and loved the coffee and cake afterwards. Very friendly.
I have two suggestions that would move my organisation score from 4 to 5:
- as an older runner, I would have liked the results to include age categories, such as FV60, so I could see how I had done against runners of a similar age to myself
- could the course signage be a little bit bigger…..

Great event with thoughtful organisers
Really enjoyed the event. The organisers went above and beyond to make sure everyone was looked after. Lovely touches such as a 1st Marathon finisher ribbon and free Easter Egg!

I did not get the result I wanted but I had a great time.
Being laid back while still well organised is hard to pull off but this was my first Zig Zag event and I loved it. The weather definitely helped, even as it hindered my performance.
