A brilliant race experience - so well organised & welcoming!
This was our first trail race, a challenging route at times but the organisers/ other runners made it all worthwhile! We had a great day and could not recommend more highly, our first Zig Zag event but not the last! Really appreciated the relaxed atmosphere and genuine support of all the runners for eachother’s achievements! Thank you!
Absolutely amazing, best weekend, really well looked after. Marshals checking in frequently to see how you were getting on, fabulous space for all your kit, chairs table etc
Incredible extra touches such as lights in the portaloos, arrows and signs lit up at night, really so clear to follow the route, the cups of tea in the middle of the night were spot on, and the pizza early Saturday evening was just divine!.Really loved it all , apart from the big hill at the end, which was tough going at the end, definately a challenge, but great fun, and so supportive, great buckle and T shirt Fantastic event.
Zig Zag confirming they are just as great at the super long format races as everything else they do!
What a wonderful race! Music at the checkpoint, getting the super long people out and settled before unleashing shorter format peeps, pizza, and an atmosphere that supports and pushes you. The only downside is wanting to stay and chat at the aid station!
an incredible weekend
A awesome experience extremely well organised. The zigzag crew are very supportive such a great weekend I enjoyed every second
My first Zig Zag event, but not my last. A fabulous event in a great area with incredible support.
Remember this forever
Really friendly atmosphere, and a good day out.
Great Event, More Results Detail Please
Very enjoyable race. Everyone friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend for any ability. My one ask is if you are going to take details such as age category and chip times, can you publish results at that level as I found the results too summarised. Thank you!
A fantastic place to run
This was so well organised. There were course marshals for the first few laps so you did not get lost and it was very well signposted. Loved the glow sticks and the little light bulbs which showed the way at night. The course was tough but very enjoyable. The overnight aid station was amazing, so much on offer from pizza, chips, toast, cuppa soup, tea, coffee, hot chocolate one of the best I have had for a while. There was also a choice of alternative milks which I was not expecting. The volunteers were brilliant. Overall I loved this event and I am ready to book for next year as soon as the event is launched.
Very well organised and very friendly marshalls
As someone who likes tarmac, I found it a little hard work! Having said that, and having run the same course last year (clockwise), I preferred it this year, going anticlockwise..
1st time doing this kind of run. Was great fun.
Loved it, was very friendly.
amazing experience
The event organisers are passionate, friendly and they have ‘can do ‘ attitude. I love how easy to register , turn up and enjoy the event. Everyone including participants are very friendly and love what they do. And this reflects to the atmosphere.
Very well organised, friendly event.
An excellent event, nothing was too much trouble for the organisers then a great buckle and T-shirt at the finish.
Zig Zag cakes are the best!
Not been to Hyde Hall Farm before. Very scenic route, great marshals and hospitality.
Great day out
Great atmosphere all round. Not an easy course by any means. Great marshals.
Great event
Although I dropped out at lap 18, the event itself was great. Zig zags are always well organised and friendly events.
Well organized. Beautiful scenic route. Thanks Steve/Zoe and team. Raj
Would recommend!
Super friendly team, with tea and cake post race.
Brilliant
Amazing event, well marked, friendly, great atmosphere, coffee and cake to finish
Amazing support
I got so much support from the marshalls, organisers and other runners. Much needed when I wanted to give up.
