Excellent run, well supported and fantastic scenery.

Excellent run, in the company of some top class athletes: Dan, Andy and Sam.
Well done to everyone and to Steve and Zoe for the start of our 10 in 10.
Well supported and great coffee and cake at the end.
Back tomorrow for some more!!

Friendly Race with keen hills and spectacular views as rewards for getting up the hills

Only two possible improvements: 1) the aid station was a little early in the lap (though would be a great position for Mill Wind when we do it backwards) but I understand this was to aid with ensuring people did not follow an older route which is the wrong way so is understandable. 2) If only Steve had driven the course to check on runners a little earlier and taken a box of frozen pops with him; I don't think I've ever seen an RD appear randomly on course with Ice lollies and would certainly be memorable if we get any more hot ones! :)

But really, it was a great event, support from base camp and marshals and aid station was perfect, other runners were amazing and base camp had banging old school classics every time I was there. Can't wait to run 9 more times with you =D

Friendly Fitness in Superb Suffolk Scenery - ZigZag Wins Again!

Possibly more water stations - for example at the 1/2 point in Ashley for the 22 K. It was quite hot. Otherwise +1 to all the other comments. We ran as a father and son team - well, we set off together but my son quickly outstripped me. Lovely event.

Great event

It was a pleasure to run with “Zigzag running” once again. Well organised race and friendly atmosphere.
The scenery is beautiful, and well stocked Mid race check point was very welcome addition.

Well organised, friendly and accessible.

Really enjoyed the empty countryside. Hill from Dalahm is very unkind!
Looking forwards to next week
One minor point, not sure if my car (Clio) is going to get grounded on the ruts on the driveway.
