Last day of 5 for me of the 10 day Great Barrow Challenge. It was an amazing experience, such a brilliant crowd of kind, funny and crazy people.

From day 1 to day 10 you couldn’t have wished for a friendlier more supportive bunch of runners, marshals and of course Stephen and Zoe. Suffolk Running Centre routes are beautifully undulating! It’s amazing what your body can do when you put your mind to it!
