Warmth and gorgeous views!
A lovely day in the sun (and how different from yesterday). The Race Director has a new trick, cold misting spray as well as ice lollies handed out in the route from a car window. Truly 5 star service! And the route was gorgeous, especially if you remember to look around when running.

A nice road run along gently undulating Suffolk lanes.
A really well thought road route with nice views from Ashley to Dalham through Suffolk. Great support from the director for all runners on this route.
Shirley Fowler

Just as good as yesterday, but with mobile ice lolly deliveries!
Lovely atmosphere, and as the runners get to know new people it just becomes more supportive. Taking on board the ice lolly suggestion (which was mostly in jest) was true icing on the cake. HOWEVER - the second delivery was when I was going downhill so had to eat on the run. Maybe use of find my friend and making sure I only get deliveries on an uphill when I am happy to drop to walking to eat them should be considered ;-)
Can't wait for tomorrow!

Another well supported run from Steve, Zoe and the Zig Zag Gang!
We all had a great day on the road, with Steve coming round the course twice with ice lollies to make sure we were all being looked after. The Marshalls were; as always: Truly Brilliant, going above and beyond to assist the runners.
So there you have it from Mark, Samuel and me: 100% for today and back tomorrow.
