Suffolk Sunday with Zig Zag round the Gallops. . . AWSUM!
A beautiful and scenic mixed road-trail event from Barrow to Newmarket with marshalling and support all the way out and back. Would recommend this run for those thinking about their first marathon or half marathon. You wont be disappointed.

So beautiful it felt downhill both ways!
Another glorious day on a fantastic route mixing road and trail. Aid stations perfectly spaced, and the support meeting the wonderful standard one expects from Zig Zag

Hot, beautiful, hot, hilly and hot!
Lovely scenery, great Marshalls and aid stations, friendly base camp and much love for Um Bongo! And ice lolly while going up hill. All is good with the world!

Banish the Monday morning blues with this run!
A great run through the beautiful West Suffolk countryside around the historic Dalham malting kiln and back for tea, a rather large slice of cake and medals at the Barrow Running Centre
Top class marshals and support (Simon and Martin, again above and beyond).
And then at midday: A flypast from RAF Mildenhall with USAF Hercules galore.
Doesn't get much better than this!

Maybe the 10k course could alternate each day, maybe have 3 different options over the 10days if possible?
Although. I don’t mind running the same course others prefer a change
