The Great Barrow Challenge - Hosted by Zig Zag Running

Its 10 days of opportunity to challenge yourself! - This is an INDIVIDUAL DAY ENTRY.

Whether it be 5k, 10k, Half Marathon, Full Marathon or Ultra Marathon.  

Your race, your pace, your distance!

Over the 10 days there will be different routes: *

THIS ENTRY IS FOR DAY FIVE AND THE ROUTE WILL BE DALHAM KILN HALF ROUTE

Route description - Dalham Kiln
 21.4 km (13.3 mi) · **loop** from the campsite · **88% road / 12% trail** · 191 m of climb · high 123 m / low 49 m.

Those completing a half marathon will complete 1 loop
Those completing a full marathon will complete 2 loops
Those completing an ultra will complete 2 loops plus head to the 5k or 10k turnpoint.

Those taking on 5k or 10k will head to the relevant 5k/10k turnpoints amd retrace their steps back to the Suffolk Running Centre

Day 2 - Windmill - (half route)*, 
Day 3 - Quackers (10.55k loop)*
Day 4 - Back Quack (10.55k loop)*
Day 5 - Dalham Kiln (half route)*
Day 6 - Golding Hills - 10km out and back*
Day 7 - Chevington Chase - (half route)*
Day 8 - Mill Wind - (half route)*
Day 9 - Gallops - (half route)*
Day 10 - Hargrave (Half route)*, Mount Barrow (for 5k and 10k participants)

Those completing the 5k and 10k option will be using Golding Hills on most days*

Parking is also included in your entry price. 

The Race HQ/Base Camp is located at the start and Lap point and at the base camp we will have our water/aid station.

We have designed Bespoke medals for the event, which you will receive at the end of the race each day. 

Please note the event has gone cupless - so please bring your own bottles or cups for refilling.

No dogs or buggies are allowed on this route due to the roads being open for traffic.

No headphones are permitted except bone conductors due to the open roads.
