Course description:
5.4 km (3.3 mi) · loop (run anticlockwise) · mostly off-road (~80%) · 52 m of climb per lap · high 140 m / low 112 m.

The Hertfordshire venue, and a gently rolling estate lap. It runs mostly on the grounds and paths through the Hyde Hall estate — roughly a fifth on road and the rest off-road — with a modest 52 m of climb per lap, enough to give it some character without being tough. As a lap venue, one lap is your 5k and it stacks up cleanly for 10k, half and beyond.
