Great event on sandy lakeside track
As usual the joining instructions and organisation were absolutely spot on. Plenty of people to ask questions of before the start. Friendly and encouraging Marshals out on the course, quality medal and good refreshments afterwards. One thing I would change is the course description pre-booking. The course is on a Sandy track which at times is like running on a beach which took some people by surprise, as it did last year. Best to know these things in advance!

Great event. Always well organised and very friendly. Much more challenging than my usual road runs. But there’s flexibility to drop down or increase distance depending on how you feel on the day with no pressure.
The sand, undulation and heat made this one a real challenge. But scenery was beautiful.

First time and what a great event
My first time at a zig zag running event and I was so impressed by everything, the organizers, how smoothly everything went and how much effort went into all the little touches. The coffee and cake after finishing was great, all the marshals along the route were fantastic can’t praise the event highly enough.
