This was my 4th Zig Zag event but my first at Brandon Country Park. Fantastic setting, good underfoot so it's a good introduction for those new to trail running. A fabulous, friendly team, great marshalls, well organised, awesome medal, and the hot drink and cakes at the end top it all off nicely. I'll definitely be back to this venue – my favourite so far.

Really enjoyed this event and liked the concept of a lapped run. It was easier to chip away at the total distance. Food and snack options where great. Nice friendly marshalls Great post run food and drinks as well and able to recover in a dry, sheltered area. I think it was missed a post race photographer and backdrop for that all important photo. Overall very good race and experience

Another good organisation by Team Zigzag. Thanks Steve and Zoe. Given the recent weather and forecast, it was actually a very nice day to run. Dont like the hills, but the satisfaction of tackling it gives the dopamine rush.

Well organised, friendly and great fun. Very accommodating if you want to change your distance, good drinks and snacks provided and coffee and cake at the end. Great route very scenic

Well organised, friendly and helpful staff, excellent atmosphere and enthusiasm by staff and participants……and as for the Cakes and coffee - well, superb and made a great end to the run where we could relax and chat. Definitely going for the High Lodge event later in the year

I competed my first 10k at this event. The team are very friendly and welcoming. I am a slow runner and quite new to running but I received lots of encouragement on the trail. Lovely setting, lovely cakes, will definitely be joining another Zig Zag race soon.

Really well run in lovely setting - good if you are new to trail running as it’s not too difficult under foot and would be ok if you mainly run on the roads. Hot drink and big slice of cake at the end is a great reason to do these events
